From Small Repairs to Complete Transformations
Silver Shroud started in a garage in Sydney's inner west. Founder Marcus Webb, a third-generation carpenter, saw too many homeowners frustrated by unreliable tradespeople and opaque pricing. He believed there had to be a better way.
Fifteen years later, we have grown into a team of 32 designers, builders, and project managers operating across four Australian cities. But the principle remains the same: treat every home as if it were our own.
We have completed over 800 projects ranging from simple bathroom refreshes to complete home renovations. Each one taught us something new about what homeowners need—not just in terms of design, but in communication, timing, and respect for their daily lives.
